A CMA is a comparison of your property to other properties in your AREA based on a number of criteria. The purpose of the CMA is to determine the proper selling price for your property. The more objective the CMA is the better it is for everybody in the long run. The need to fair and accurate is a must and when I do a CMA I make sure that that is what I am.
